How do I make a booking, and how early should I book?
Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle and driver availability. Our service operates 24/7, and bookings can be made via the online form, email, or WhatsApp to our support team.
What types of vehicles are available, and can I use my company’s own vehicle?
We offer executive sedans, luxury MPVs, and VIP vehicles such as Toyota Vellfire and Toyota Alphard. Additionally, we are committed to sustainability by introducing Electric Vehicles (EVs) into our fleet, allowing corporate clients to opt for eco-friendly rides. If you prefer, we also provide a chauffeur-only service for your company’s vehicle.
Are the chauffeurs professional, and what languages do they speak?
Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally trained, have undergone background checks, and have extensive experience in corporate and VIP transportation. They are fluent in Malay and English.
How is pricing structured, and what payment methods are accepted?
Pricing is based on duration (hourly/daily/monthly) or point-to-point transfers, with rates calculated based on distance. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), online banking (Malaysia), and corporate term payments with a standard 7-day payment term or as per the agreed contract.
Are there any additional charges, and what is the cancellation policy?
Additional charges apply for waiting time, exceeding the agreed distance, and cross-border travel to Singapore. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are free of charge, while cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled booking will incur the full charge.
Does this service include cross-border travel to Singapore?
Yes, we offer cross-border chauffeur services to Singapore with an additional charge of RM300 plus an hourly surcharge for extended waiting time.
Can companies sign long-term contracts for this service?
Yes, we offer long-term corporate contracts with special rates for companies requiring regular chauffeur services.
