What is included in Travelex's chauffeur service?

Does the shuttle service in Singapore allow for multiple pick-up or drop-off locations?

The shuttle service in Singapore typically covers one pick-up and one drop-off location. If you need to add extra pick-up or drop-off points, an additional charge of RM30 per point will apply.

If you require extra stops, please inform the driver when boarding. The additional fee for these extra points must be paid directly to the driver in cash.
How do I know whether to enter Malaysia via Woodlands or Tuas immigration?
Travelers who require a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Malaysia must use Tuas immigration (2nd link) for entry. Visa on Arrival services are not available at Woodlands immigration (1st link).
The Visa on Arrival is issued only to citizens of India and China (PRC). The fee for the VOA is 100 USD, and it grants a 7-day Social Pass, which cannot be extended. This visa is available only to Chinese and Indian nationals entering Malaysia from a third country, such as Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia.
Travelex will not be responsible for any changes to visa requirements. Travelers must be aware of and stay updated on the latest information from the Malaysia immigration website.
What is the shuttle service offered by Travelex?
Our shuttle service is a convenient car-with-driver option that provides transfers between Johor Bahru and Singapore, or vice versa. Whether you need to get from Singapore to Johor Bahru or the other way around, our shuttle will pick you up from any single address in Singapore and take you to our Travelex office in Johor Bahru. From there, you can seamlessly switch to a self-drive rental car at our Hub.
The shuttle service is available at a fixed rate of RM340 per trip (via the Woodlands immigration checkpoint). While the specific vehicle model isn’t selectable, we generally use an MPV or a similarly sized vehicle that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 passengers.
To enable the shuttle add-on, select the pick-up or return location at the Travelex Hub (JB) during booking. You can choose between a one-way or a two-way transfer, depending on your needs.
One key advantage of our shuttle service is that you won’t need to disembark for passport stamping; you can simply remain inside the vehicle during the immigration process. If you prefer to handle the border crossing on your own, you also have the option to collect your rental car at JB Sentral (CIQ area). (Note: Visa-on-Arrival requirements may vary.)
Yes, the shuttle operates in both directions. For a two-way transfer, the total cost is RM720 (via Woodlands immigration), covering the journey to and from Singapore.
Yes, if you require additional pick-up or drop-off points beyond the first location, there is an extra charge of RM30 for each additional stop. For example, if you have 3 drop-off points, you would need to pay an extra RM60 directly to the driver.
